YouLearnt Cancellation & Replacement Policy

 

We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or request a replacement for your scheduled one-to-one or group learning sessions on YouLearnt. To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, we have developed the following Cancellation & Replacement Policy:

 

Cancellation of Sessions:

a. One-to-One Sessions: If you need to cancel a scheduled one-to-one session, we require a minimum notice period of 24 hours before the session start time. Failure to provide the minimum notice may result in the session being counted as utilized, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

b. Group Sessions: Due to the nature of group sessions and the impact on other participants, cancellations for group sessions are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances, you may contact our customer support team to discuss your situation, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

 

Replacement of Sessions:

a. One-to-One Sessions: If you are unable to attend a scheduled one-to-one session, you may request a replacement session based on tutor availability. To be eligible for a replacement session, you must provide a minimum notice period of 24 hours before the session start time. The replacement session will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between you and the tutor.

b. Group Sessions: Due to the logistical complexities of group sessions, we do not offer replacements for missed group sessions. However, you may be able to access recorded sessions or materials related to the missed session, depending on the availability and policies of the specific group session.

 

Cancellation or Replacement by the Tutor:

a. In the rare event that a tutor cancels a scheduled session, we will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with a replacement session at a mutually agreed-upon time.

b. If a replacement session cannot be scheduled, we will offer you the option to receive a refund for the canceled session or credit to be used towards future sessions.

 

Requesting Cancellation or Replacement:

To request a cancellation or replacement of a session, please contact our customer support team through the designated channels on YouLearnt. Provide your session details, including the date, time, and reason for the cancellation or replacement request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may consider requests for cancellations or replacements outside the standard policy. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
