Thank you for choosing YouLearnt. We strive to provide high-quality one-to-one and group learning sessions to enhance your learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have developed the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

 

Trial Lesson Refunds:

a. One-to-One Sessions: If you have purchased a paid trial lesson and are unsatisfied with the session, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the lesson. We will refund the full amount paid for the trial lesson.

b. Group Sessions: There are no trial lessons for group sessions.

 

Package Hours Refunds:

a. One-to-One Sessions: If you have purchased a package of hours for one-to-one sessions and have not utilised any hours, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

b. Group Sessions: Due to the logistical complexities of group sessions, we do not offer refunds for unused package hours for group sessions.

 

Partially Utilised Package Hours:

a. One-to-One Sessions: If you have partially utilised your package hours for one-to-one sessions and wish to discontinue, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused hours at the current hourly rate. Any consumed hours will be billed at the standard rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

b. Group Sessions: We do not offer refunds for partially utilised package hours for group sessions.

 

Cancellation of Packages:

a. One-to-One Sessions: If you decide to discontinue your learning sessions after purchasing a package, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused hours at the current hourly rate. Any consumed hours will be billed at the standard rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

b. Group Sessions: We do not offer refunds for cancelled packages of group sessions.

 

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through the designated channels on our website. Provide your order details, including the date of purchase, the number of package hours, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Refund Timeframe:

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 to 45 business days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified.
