2. For Learners
Learners must:
Use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes.
Respect tutors’ time, intellectual property, and cultural differences.
Avoid disruptive behaviour in live or group sessions.
Learners must not:
Share accounts with others or misrepresent their identity.
Record, redistribute, or resell lessons without permission.
Use offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory language.
3. For Tutors
Tutors must:
Provide accurate credentials and qualifications when registering.
Deliver sessions professionally and respectfully.
Protect the privacy and personal data of learners.
Tutors must not:
Provide false or misleading information about their expertise.
Solicit learners for services outside the YouLearnt platform.
Share or promote inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.
4. Content Guidelines
All content (including quizzes, courses, descriptions, and communications) must:
Be accurate, relevant, and appropriate for an educational context.
Respect intellectual property rights and copyright laws.
Avoid hate speech, pornography, violence, or extremist material.
5. Platform Security
Users must not:
Attempt to hack, bypass, or interfere with the platform’s security.
Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without permission.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Removal of content.
Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.
